I was referred to Dean Reid of Redfin E-Consulting late 2009 by a business contact who had been very happy with the website Dean had created for her. As I was keen to have my website completely redesigned, I contacted Dean immediately to arrange a meeting.
Dean immediately impressed me with both his knowledge of web design and the flexibility his service offered. I have never been disappointed with the level of service he has provided me with, nor with the new website he has created for me.
I have found that Dean listens to what I’d like to achieve through my website and is able to offer the ideal solution for me every time. He is always quick to respond to emails and phone calls regardless of what day or time they are. He is very patient with website novices such as myself and is able to communicate effectively with me so I can understand even complex concepts relating to the website.
One of the key services provided by Redfin E-Consulting that attracted me was their web-based CRM and the ability I have to update the elements of my website and contact information myself, anytime, anywhere. As well as providing this user-friendly system, Dean has personally given me training and assistance as I need it at my office, via email and over the phone.
Unlike so many web design companies, Dean’s exceptional did not end when my new website went live. He continues to communicate with me regularly, and is happy to add extra components to the website as I am ready.
I also appreciate his honesty with me when I’ve asked him a couple of questions in the past regarding areas he feels he is not as experienced in (although these areas have been very few and far between). He never pretends he knows something if he doesn’t, but always has suggestions as to how I could find the answer to those questions.
I couldn’t be happier with the website Dean has created for me and the outstanding service I always receive, and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone seeking similar web or internet services.
